How to register with our classifieds
To register with our classifieds it’s very
easy. First you have to go to our classifieds
page by clicking on the “Enter Classifieds”
button on our main page.
Once there you will find a menu across the top
of the classifieds section. Locate the
“Register” button and click that.
When the register form opens fill out your
information and when you are finished click “OK”
at the bottom of the page.
Your account will now be activated and our
system will send you an email with your user
name and initial password. When you receive this
email we recommend that you login and change
your password right away.
Forgotten Password
If for some reason you forget your password
don’t worry. On our login screen has an option
to send it to you. Once our system sends you
your password we recommend that you login and
change your password right away.
How to place a
classified ad
To place a classified ad you must have first
registered with our site. Once you’ve done this
you will need to login with your new user name
and password.
On our classifieds menu you will see an option
called “Submit Ad”. Click this and following the
instructions.
There are a few things to keep in mind.
We monitor all ads for content. When you first
submit an ad it will come to us for approval. We
approve ads several times a day and once we have
yours will be available for viewing.
You may upload a digital picture of your
classifieds item but it’s not mandatory.
Remember though, a picture is worth a thousand
words.
There is no field for your phone number. It’s up
to you whether you want to place your phone
number in the description of your item for the
world to see. The default method of contact is
email; you can always give your phone number
then.
Most ads have an expiry of 14 days. There are a
few exceptions so watch for them. If you wish to
have your ad expire sooner you have the ability
to change it.
Prior to your ads expiration we will be sending
you an email to let you know its coming. You
will then have the option of renewing your ad
for another period of time.
At any time you will be able to make changes to
your ad. Just login and change the description,
price, expiry or whatever you want. Remember
however that we will have to re-approve your ad.
How to place a

On our main page of BuySell100Mile.com you
will find a special section for “This Weeks
Garage Sales”. This is a very powerful location
on our website if you are looking for increased
traffic to your garage sale.
